About this course….

I have many clients that I go to their homes to give one on one sessions, and it surprised me how many people prefer to workout in their own home vs going to a gym. These last few years have been really tough, and people are learning how to get things done in the comfort of their own home. Due to this need, I decided to put together a 12 week program that women could do in their own home with dumbbells and a bench.

This program was designed to challenge you to hit all your muscle groups each week, to strategically add volume to your workouts, and increase stamina with HIIT.



These are challenging workouts that will get you stronger, increase mass, and help you feel more energetic .

-Over 100 exercises to keep you challenged and give you more variety. This course will give you more tools in your toolbox. You will never get bored!!

-Voiceovers to explain form for each exercise so you know what to be thinking about when lifting.

-No Rigid Mealplans this course offers meal plans with recipes to keep you from getting bored. This course isn’t about cutting calories and tracking food. This course gives you meal ideas to be able to change it up. Vegetarian meal plan is included!

-No Expensive APP! There is no need to pay for an app to be able to access this program. The course will be available on your laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
