In Home Training Sessions

Don’t have time to make it to the gym? Do you feel uncomfortable in a gym setting? I can come to you! Together we will develop a strength training routine you can do at home to take your fitness and health to the next level.

One on one training sessions in your home

Available in single and multi-session packages:

  • 1 session: $80.00 per session

12 WeekOnline Coaching Program

This program is not your typical fitness program. For the next 12 weeks you will learn to dive deeper into what is keeping you from reaching your goals.

My coaching style isn’t just about giving you a workout program and a meal plan. That’s what most trainers are doing. My approach is different. I like to use a systematic approach to finding where the root of the issue is, and little changes we can make to help you create new routines and habits so that you will reach your goals.


  • My online coaching plan includes weekly or biweekly(your choice) Zoom sessions or phone calls (your choice) to discuss your progress and strategies to achieve your fitness goals.

  • Measurements and pictures will be included in the check-ins.

  • A 12 week workout program customized for you. These workouts can be done with dumbbells, bands, or a bench in your own home, or head to a gym if you prefer.

  • A comprehensive health history review to discuss your past and present lifestyle, health, and eating habits.

  • Practical nutrition information that will accommodate your health needs and goals.

  • Learn how to select foods and what will be better for your health long term.

  • How to read labels.

  • Nutrition can be the biggest hurdle when it comes to weight loss and the one area my clients come to me needing the most help. Learn about nutrition information and how to sort through all the information out there! I give you all you need to know about your macronutrients and how to choose your meals. A meal plan is available if desired, however I want to teach you how to make food choices on your own so that your diet becomes sustainable. In all reality you are not going to follow someone’s meal plan your entire life! Learn how to make choices when life happens, and find BALANCE.

  • Recipe ideas included with meal plans.

  • Learn different strategies to help you gain the ability to let go of old habits to create new healthy long term habits and routines.

  • A look into non-food related areas that may be causing health or weight loss set backs.

  • Learn how to use MyFitnessPal to track macros.

  • Email access any time with questions, guidance, and accountability.
